Refund Policy
1. Subscription Credits
EmiMate operates on a "Credit" system where one credit equals one day of app access. Once credits are purchased and added to your account, they are generally non-refundable as they represent a prepaid service availability.
2. Token Purchases
Tokens used for specific actions (like granting portal access) are non-refundable once used. If you have purchased tokens but have not used them, you may request a refund within 48 hours of purchase if there was a technical error in the transaction.
3. Service Disruptions
In the unlikely event of a prolonged service disruption (more than 48 consecutive hours) caused by EmiMate, we may, at our discretion, add bonus credit days to affected accounts as compensation.
4. Refund Process
To request a refund for a failed transaction or double-billing, please contact us at support@emimate.com with your Transaction ID and Shop ID. Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
